The Basics for Booking a Honeymoon Cruise
• Provide your correct full names. Book your cruise in your maiden name if your passports and other identification (drivers license) will not be changed by the time of your departure.
•Select a ship that provides the amenities and activities you want for your honeymoon.
• Book your airline ticket into the city of the port that the ship will be departing from. (best to arrive the day before the ship departs) OR cruise directly out of the Port of Baltimore and skip the flight.
• Check on available shuttle services and pier parking.
• Choosing a stateroom. If you can afford it, book an ocean view cabin or better yet a cabin with a balcony. Study the floor plan of the ship to help you decide on the best cabin you can afford. Discuss with your travel agent.
• Find out about shore excursions. What are the costs and which ones are available.
