Do I have to pay for my whole trip up front?
Unless your trip is within 30 days, the answer is almost always NO! Most destinations have flexible payment terms and just require a deposit to secure your trip. In most scenarios the remaining balance of your trip is due 30 days prior to arrival. Until then you can make as many payments as you would like through our online payment link.
Oh no! I booked a trip myself and now I need help. What can I do?
Good news, if you recently booked your trip directly with the resort or cruise line we can transfer your reservation to Dreamers Travel in order to assist you.

What ID do I need in order to travel?
All US citizens flying anywhere outside of the 50 US states and US territories, will need a valid passport. All passports must be valid for 6 months after your return date.
Even if you are cruising from a US cruise port, we still recommend having a valid passport. If you have an emergency and must be flown home from your cruise, without your passport, you may have problems returning to the United States.

What is your preferred communication method?
We always like to set up an initial call with our clients before we start to send quotes so we can get to know you a little bit better. After the initial call we are happy to speak to our clients via Email or Phone whichever works best for you!
Can you provide assistance while I am at a destination?
Every time you travel, you risk something going wrong. Having Dreamers Travel on your side can help make troubleshooting much easier while you are away. We have great relationships with many of the hoteliers and suppliers and are able to advocate on your behalf to them.
What travel destinations do you suggest?
Everyone is different in where they like to travel but here in the office our absolute favorite travel destination is St. Lucia. It has a lot to offer with lush jungles to explore, incredible hiking, picturesque villages, great water activities, and stunning resorts.
